You can use your debit or credit card securely through PAYPAL - we do not have access to your card details.
Payment is not requested via CJs until goods are confirmed available for despatch.

HOW TO ORDER |
Orders placed via EBAY are subject to the terms set out by EBAY and the details we supply with the item. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Orders made by telephone, or post to CJs will be allocated a reference number which will be made available to you.
Any automated reply that you receive from us shall not be deemed as our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods.
We will only accept your offer and, therefore, a contract shall only be made once we process your remittance, despatch the goods to you, and confirm this by e-mail where possible.

COMPLAINTS |
In the event of a complaint, please send us a e-mail; your complaint will be acknowledged within 2 working days and
we will attempt to resolve it within 10 working days. All issues will be resolved within a month of the complaint.

ORDER REFUSAL |
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed at CJs.
Orders placed at CJs may be subject to further checks following authorisation.
We retain the right to cancel items from a order placed at CJs if they are no longer available.
We reserve the right to withdraw any items from sale at CJs, at any time prior to despatch, for whatever reason. You will be informed promptly if this happens.
An order placed at CJs is to be deemed accepted when we process your remittance. |

CANCELLATION |
You may cancel all or part of an order at any time, including up to seven working days from the date the goods are received.
Return of goods will be at your own expense. Please read the notes on returns below.
Under UK trading laws we have 28 days in which to supply an order and any cancellation before this period is discretionary.
We will refund your payment within 30 days from receipt of the returned goods. |

RETURNS |
Any item can be returned unused for either a refund or exchange as you have the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days
after the day of receipt of the goods.
Goods must be returned in the original condition, securely packaged with labels intact, and not worn/used.
Please note that postage stamps must be attached to paper first before affixing to our waterproof packaging.
The goods must be undamaged and not soiled for a refund to be given.
Please quote the returns reference number you have obtained from us having advised us via email or telephone that you intend to make a return.
If this is not possible, make sure that you include the order reference number together with your name, address and a telephone number inside the package and please do not forget to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund.
Returns received without the correct details may be subject to delay.
If goods are deemed to have a manufacturing fault, please return to us within 7 days of receipt following notification to us.
Please remember to include identifying documentation with any returned product.
For faulty items or items sent in error, CJs will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach us so we recommend you obtain evidence of postage e.g. proof of postage from the Post Office when returning goods in the UK.
Refunds will only be made to the original source of payment. Refunds or exchanges are available for faulty goods or if we make an error in processing you order. Refunds will be given within 30 days of agreement. Your statutory rights are not affected under UK law.
International orders will be refunded at the rate of exchange when returned goods have been received. |

Customers should note that the cleaning service offered does not guarantee noticable difference in sound quality.
The record cleaning service cannot correct or repair inherent faults in the vinyl including, pressing flaws, damage caused by stylus (needle) wear, scratches or distortion caused by warping.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
